Title: Wierd X10 Problems
Post by: robert on December 09, 2005, 09:10:56 PM
Hello,

We had just added some more outlets and
lights to our existing electrical system
and now our inside decorations which are
controlled by X10 are randomly being turned
off at different times and not all of them
turn off.  Its different decorations each
time.  What could be causing this?  Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You mean that when commanded to go on or off
they don't? That could be a signal problem.
What is in the added outlets that is new to
the system. What modules are being used to
control the decorations?

No, actually all of the decorations will
turn on and off when commanded.  It's just
when they are commanded to turn on, they
all turn on, but at varied times some or
all of the decorations will turn off.  I
know this is a relly wierd problem.

Thanks for any help.

Any chance you have motion sensors and they
use a close address?
