I have registered as a contractor, and I've
been able to access the contractor portion
of your site for ordering.  Thank you!

Now, what do I need to do to get listed on
your contractor/installer referral pages??
There are no other contractors that come-up
as available in my area.

Thank you!

Bruce,
Welcome Aboard!

In order for you to be listed in our
Installer Search database, you will need to
call our contractor ordering #888-455-5658.
Identify yourself as a new contractor and
ask to order PUB-01-PRO at $12 a year.
That's it! After 24 hours, your company will
be searchable by zip code.
Exposure on X10 will help you to reach
thousands of potential customers!
If you have further questions, please call
me directly at 253-437-9610 or email

Kelly,

I notice in contractor ordering that I need
to order $500 before my discount applies.
Does this requirement apply to every
order??  Or, is this cumulative??  -- so
that when I reach $500 everything I order
thereafter gets the contractor discount?

Thanks!!

Also ... if it is cumulative; I ordered my
first package as a "design your own" 16-
piece system, and therefore did so by
phone.  How do I get that order applied
against my $500 requirement?

Thanks!!

Bruce,

Our 15% discount is based on volume, not
cumulative totals. The latter would lend
itself to contractual pricing models, which
we do not use at this time. I urge you to
take advantage of our Pro Toolbox, where you
can find flyers, logos, and other helpful
services only available to X10 Contractors.
Plus - your dedicated sales representative
LIVES to help you! He can provide quotes and
navigate through our specials for a solution
that fits you best.

Kelly,

If I understand your response
correctly .... then I would need to order
$500 or more on every order to get my
discount.  Is that right??

Bruce,
Yes, you would need to purchase at least
$500 every order for our standard contractor
discount. For wholesale pricing, you would
need to purchase at least $5000 at a cost
not advertised on our site.

Dear X10 Team,

My Name is Patricio Vera, I'm in charge of developing the new business lines, we believe that their products have a very good sales opportunity in the Chilean market.  We are a computer technology company with  13 years in the Chilean market. We would like to be a X10.com reseller for the Chilean market place.
What are your request to be a reseller?

In Chile we use 220 Volts and 50 Hz AC

Regards

Patricio
