Title: Shorts in orders and FedEx playing delivery date games

Any Resellers missing pieces from their
orders? I just received a very larg shipment
with everything there BUT the consoles.
Leaves me in a big mess with holiday sales!
Customer support has not bothered to call me
back yet. Also, FedEx said they delivered it
on Saturday, but it did not show up at my
door until Today (Monday). What kind of game
are they playing? What's the point of
tracking if they "fix" it to look like they
are doing their job on time. My customers
love the product I sell, but my last two
orders with X-10 have been VERY messed up.

Who are "they" in customer service - FedEx
or X10?

FedEx charges extra high fees for Saturday
delivery, did you pay for that?

Last two orders messed up how?
