Title: Third party software for PDA/Pocket PC
Post by: chinaboy on March 14, 2006, 08:14:37 AM
Does anybody know of a third part software that will allow me to use Webview and Pan and Tilt web software on a pocket PC. Right now all I get is the top of the web page and the rest of the screen is blank. I was told that I needed some kind of ActiveX, but that is not provided by X10. I am able to log in on any PC, but I would like to use my PDA when on the road to monitor my home. Any suggestions welcomed. Thanks

I think this would be a very nice feature.

You might wish to try X10dispatcher (http://x10dispatcher.com/) it doesn't have the ablity of full video but you can send recieve x10 commands over the net and view two cams pics, if you set AHP up for auto still capture every 5 sec it would be close to full video, it has a web interface which I haven't played with,  and also can be accessed from MSN for the cost (FREE) it's worth tring with your PDA ;) :D
