Title: PF284 or PSC01 powerflash type module
Post by: davedirect7 on March 24, 2006, 08:25:51 AM
Why doesn't AHP list within any of the module drop-downs the Power-Flash PF284 or PSC01 modules.

The Powerflash Module is really a controller -- it sends X10 commands rather than receiving them. Except for motion sensors, we don't include most controllers in AHP. I'll add this to our list of customer requests, though.

Yes it transmits X10 powerline signals just like any other controller. When the contacts on it are closed or a low voltage signal is applied. How it responds depends on the mode setting switch.

If you are looking for an X10 module that has a set of dry contacts that can be turned on and off with an C=X10 powerline signal you need a UM506 Universal Module.

I'll add my vote to davedirect7's.  We really need this module added to those available in AHP.  It is used in all kinds of advanced applications and should be very easy to include.
