Title: voltage monitor with data upload capability

Are there any x10 products that can monitor power usage for an appliance and also connect to a network either wirelessly or otherwise to upload data to a pc or other device?

Not to my knowledge.  Why are you wanting to use X10 to measure an appliance's power usage?
