Title: Can't connect to MyHouse Server. Please Help

When I try to connect to MyHouse using IE, I get the System Status "Waiting for system "xxxxxx"....  This is all I get.  It won't connect, yet doesn't give me any errors either.  It's been at "Waiting for system" for 25 mins. now....still waiting.

MyHouse Status - Waiting for Remote User.

To answer a few questions you guys might ask me.

Yes I updated to 3.203
Yes I type in the correct User and Password.

Is it a router problem?  Firewall?  if so what do I need to configure to make this work?

I just spend over $1000 on cameras and other things, but very frustrated with the connection and distance.  I might return the entire order if I don't get this stupid thing to work.

 reinnie : it is most likely a router problem. The brand name of the router will determine what you need to enable in the router settings but for most part you have to allow port forwarding.
