« on: September 18, 2006, 08:52:09 PM »

Does anyone buy this plug it yet? I've bought it last Thur and couldn't download it. Error message "a newer version of this installation is on the server, please re-download it" and then exited the installation process. Have sent email to X10 support but got my question resent it back to me without a word from one of of tech support! Have checked the X10 download web page but no OnAlert plug in available. Any one know where to download it?

I bought it and got the same message.  I informed support and they immediately sent me a new link.

I got the same message. Called the "24/7" number on the download page. The recording said they are are open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. I e-mailed them 3 hours ago. Have not heard from them yet. >:(
