CM15A has been working fine for over a year.  Now when I use a Lamp or Appliance Module the timers do not work.  I have cleared memory and down loaded new timers still do not work.  If I use the remote I can turn on The lights.  I have also reenstalled sofeware.  HELP

Have you added any new electronic equipment, such as a new laptop computer or TV set?  If the problem just started (not only will timers not run, AHP won't even make the modules operate) it may be a noise problem.

An easy way to determine a noise problem is to unplug the devices and see it the modules can be addressed by AHP. If it can, get plug -in noise filters for the devices.

Make sure you unplug the new devices not just turn them off! Just turning off a noisy device doesn't stop it from sending noise over the powerline! ;)
