i know there have been a lot of postings on this topic, but why is that i only get email alerts sporadically. i have a motion sensor set up to trigger an alert between 9am and 3pm (work time) mon thru sat. those are the only conditions and it only works once and a while, but it does work when clicking on the macro button all the time
? go figure

Which motion sensors are you using? that would help to start with. If they are the security module ones, can't think of the number right now, then the macro is running from the PC and not the CM15A. There are issues using conditionals in these types of macros. Let us know and then we can get back to you.
