help i need help

i just got iwitness  ;D
it keeps installing intel pc cammer pro
and it is not installing the drivers in the usb port  ???
i keep deliting pc cammer pro but the drivers for iwitness is not installing i have unstalled the program reinstalled the program getting the same thing so gueess what my **** is not working i wonder if this is really worth it can someone please help me to get this program up and running please ??? ???
i have never had soo much trouble installing things please someone help me asap

If you take a look at this post... Topic: VA11A does not work  (Read 7405 times) it will tell you what you need to do to get the right driver installed.

well thanks i did all that it still is not working
does the usb root hub have different drivers it dont look like the drivers are changing in the usb root hub is the only thing not changing

Under "imaging devices" what do you have listed there? And under "universal serial bus controllers" whats listed there? On my computer "imaging devices" lists "X10 VA11A Video Capture" and nothing is listed under USB Root Hub

unversale port pc camer pro
nothing under root hub
look can i call u or u call me please im about to go nuts and throw this out my window

You need to manualy install the drivers

*Do Not let windows do this!*

In order to do this follow my directions posted in the thread that KDR posted!

Both the Intel PC camera pro and the VA11A must be using the X10 driver! ;)

i did that its comming up with u must plug ur cammer in its been pulged in its nit seeing my usb

Unplug your VA11A then plug it back in in another USB port if you have another one free!

If windows doesn't see it when you plug it back in then the VA11A maybe defective!

If windows detects it ,it will try to auto install drivers which will be wrong! ;)
