SR731 vs SR731 vs PSX01 vs PSX01
« on: January 29, 2007, 01:40:23 PM »

I am trying to figure out why my Smart RF Repeater doesn't work with my
AHP/CM15A, now even more so that X10 itself appears to  be packaging
a Smart RF Repeater with the AHP/CM15A.

There appears to be two different versions of the regular X10 SR731:(

And there appears to be two different versions of the X10 Pro PSX01:(

The most distinguishing thing between the two different version of each,
is that one version sends out an M-house code when the Test button is
pressed, and the other version sends out an A-house code.

Now that by itself isn't a big deal.  However, my worry is that there might
be more differences than just the Test button house code.

Does anyone know what are truly the differences between
the two versions of each?

I have read, but not verified, that one version does not repeat all of the
Ninja pan and tilt commands whereas the other version does.
