Hi KDR, thanks for the info!

I have the CM-812C2 package from astak.  Even in my bright room my black pants look white...  I presume thats because of the IR lights?

will post more later!

I found that IR light on dark objects come back as whites and lighter grays. (Objects like cloths and non reflective surfaces.) The same color on a metal or reflective surface will come back more the color it really is.

Not sure what info came with your camera set but you can go to http://www.astak.com/products/wireless-CM-812C2.htm and view the specs and a PDF file that tells you about setting it up. I would think that the same info came with the camera set but you never know.
