FTP please??
« on: March 26, 2007, 10:16:26 PM »

Hi.  I have two cameras grabbing image captures and storing them on my local computer.

Is there software that'll run and FTP them so I can access them via a normal Web server?  I tried X10 dispatcher, but it completely refuses to run (intialzation errors on startup).

Any suggestions??

AHP Iwitness does it.

It will FTP camera images to your server.
It also emails my camera images to me as they occur.

As EL34 stated iWitness (iWatchout) will do it! But have you e-mailed Dave(x10dispatch) with your startup problem you'll find he is very helpful!
Do you have the latest x10dispatcher update?
It has been a while since I've used the FTP up-loader with x10dispatcher but I know Dave has made it possible to send more then 4 images now.
There are other FTP up-loaders which you can find using Google but the problem will be auto locating the images to send!

More simply, XRay Vision can upload images via FTP, but only from the images it captures itself.
