New to X10 with a CM11 question.

Just a quick question.... If I buy a CM11A
will I also need to order a transceiver like
the RR501 to control modules?

If I understand correctly one of the pluses
of the CM15A is that it combines functions of
the 2 devices.

Correct
Don't know what software you are planning to
use with CM11, but if a newbie to X10 I
would go with CM15A and AHP rather than CM11.

CM15 and AHP has problems it still is a more
capable device.
