Insulting X-10 Emails [1 of 2]

[TTA Edit: Experiment to determine whether or not SPLITTING 'Highly-Viewed' / 'Highly-Replied' but currently

INACTIVE threads from LONG, LONG AGO (I'm starting with ~2 years) into parts will allow current

ACTIVE threads to appear in the Top 10 Topics (by Replies) section of the

NOTE: I *WILL* address the <BR> problem...]

Another bad thing they did was...

When they were trying to get into the
electronics shopping sectors of many
shopping comparison websites (ie froogle)
to promote their new electronics sections
and x10 stuff the managers actually decided
to take their reps and other employees away
from the phone for a few minutes each day
to post fictitous consumer comments about
x10 at these sites to make themselves look
better.

Result...many of the portals noticed the
discrepancy of reviews coming from the same
IP Pool and canned the bogus comments.

barrington:
I am not surprised with the marketing
people resorting to insulting tactics.

What is unbelievable is that the Customer
Service <cough> people ignore all the
complaints their customers are making about
their rude treatment.

I think they want to go out of business.

Too bad their people are so pathetic
because the products are great.  I won't
buy any more either, until they grow up.

We know how you feel Marie.

paul:
aren't there laws against companies like x10?

barrington:
Typical American apathy.

I hope they go out of business ...

They're beyond ignorant.
