here's an update on this.
It seems like the USB card I used, some how went FUBAR!, replaced it and seems to be working just fine. Didn't know about this since this card had only the CM15A connected to it.

Thanks for the Update lingtrin!
It has beed reported before that USB cards were a problem I teand to for get that the newer Pcs have more then one USB port and users should try another if the CM15A fails!
I'm giving you a helpful as you help me remember this tidbit! ;) :D ;D
