« on: January 27, 2008, 04:05:29 PM »

Does anyone know what the actual frequencies are of the various settings i.e. if I set a camera to A1 is that 2.4000 or is it 2.4001?

Actually the House (the letter) Unit (number) codes do NOT effect the 2.4ghz frequencies of the cameras. The "channel selector" (A-D) does. Of course, steven r's account of those are correct.

The A1 through P16 House-Unit Codes are for X10 powerline signals to turn on and off the cameras power supplies.
Also Camera Power Supplies work in Unit Groups of four. 1-4;5-8;9-12 and 13-16. Turn any one in a group on the other three automatically go off. As wireless cameras interfere with each other if more than one is on at a time.
