product difference-Vanguard Internet Control and Iwitness software

What is the difference between vanguard internet control and iwitness. I would like to use either with Active home pro.

Both will work with AHP running! Only iWitness intergrates with AHP As it is a plug-in giving it more options and using less CPU as only one program is running! ;)
Even if you didn't have AHP I'd recommend getting AHP (all plug-ins included $49) over Vanguard! ;)
