my color camera displays only in black and white

My color camera is showing in the Vanguard software in black and white.  If I move the video receiver from the PC to the TV it shows in color.  How can I fix this?

Another of the little glitches I keep having.  I shutdown the PC and unplugged the video receiver and left them off 5 minutes then started them up again and it was in color again.  I'd rebooted before but not a full power off.
