Mine crashes in the same way. I'll try the <data fix and see how it goes.

Yes, the <data thing fixed my problem. I can now get to the Hardware Config window.

Here is the old <data line:

Doh... when I clicked "Show US and Canada Only" it crashed.

Also, another thing to note is that the Location dropdown only shows "Custom"... there are no cities listed?

This file is one that was moved from an old computer. Perhaps that's an issue?
