outdoor camera motion activated built in digital recorder?

Cottager:
I need a camera I can leave in an unheated house.  It has to be motion sensor activated, and contain it's own digital recorder system.  It has to be operable down to -40 degrees.  It could be housed in an insulated case or box, where heat from the power transformer will keep it warm.
