DIY Magic Mirror
« on: February 16, 2009, 03:40:08 AM »

I Like this a Lot Have other's seen it, the concept would go rather well with BVC, as you could see a generated face or other type of visual media

and it works with X10...

I had seen that (I have a weekend place at YouTube... I visit there so much). New faces require custom made FLV videos (flash). Converting it to show a female face... and using my Kate16 voice (as in my BVC setup).... I think could be done. But would be a lot of work... at best.

The technologial problem is the software is written to work with a CM17A.. serial firecracker. Which of course isn't compatiable with AHP's CM15A... required for BVC.

"To control the X-10 lighting, the DIY Magic Mirror Software sends lighting commands to the Arduino which then forwards the commands to the X-10 Firecracker CM17A"
