Can you send a plc to the security console dialer?

I want to send a plc to the security console dialer to turn it's horn on. Is this possible? If so, what is the command?

The console listens for RF not PLC
Sending a open or alarm signal code will either chime (if not armed) or trigger the alarm (if armed).
