Programmable Voice Alarm/Chime
« on: March 29, 2009, 05:52:56 AM »

There should be a programmable voice alarm so that we are send announcements and warnings etc. when the alarm goes off when triggered by different sensors.  E.g. "INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!",  "Activity outsite the front door", "Activity outside the back door", "Activity in the patio", "The Garage door is open for ???? minutes", "The Kitchen window is open".

There are several thirdparty solutions for this however AHP and a CM15A or CM19A are needed!  ;)

There are a couple ways to do that (at least). I use BVC and have had working announcements and warnings for a couple of years or more. I even have then on some of my YouTube Videos. I even use a warning outside that announces to any trespasser that they are video monitored, see the video.
