CM19A
« on: June 26, 2009, 02:38:40 PM »

Hi.
Another question. When looking at the 6 camera package deal for $299 I see that there comes a CM19A transceiver.

My question is, since everything in the package is wireless, what is the purpose of the CM19A that gets wireless signals and puts them in the power cables ?

Thanks

The CM19A sends and receives X10 RF signals. The cameras are controlled by RF signals sent by the computer and software. It can also receive signals from things like X10 Motion sensors and the software can then process the detected motion.
