Put the Floodlight on a different housecode, that should get rid of the problem.

You may want to readdress your motion sensors.
Most have a dusk dawn feature. The dusk dawn Address is the motion address +one Unit Code.
So your C2 Motion Sensor is going to send a C3 On at dusk and a C3 off at dawn.
The C3 is going to send a C4 on at dusk and a C4 off at dawn.

You can use the motion sensors on and off to trigger through a macro the lights on a different house code.
You may have to readdress the motion sensors unit codes if the dusk dawn signals cause unexpected things to heppen.
