Can't register my Vanguard software

Hi. I bought the Vanguard software. After installed, a new icon appeared in "All Programs-Vanguard" named Vanguard Browser. When I click on it an Internet Explorer session opens the site http://gate.x10.com. I have read that in Options I should register the software but I can't find where I should key in the information. I saw that a Remote User tab should appear but I can't see it in the Vanguard software.

Any ideas?

I´ve same questions, Were I look User Name; Password & Acces ID ???

No, but I`ve recived email with link,I`m download, install Vanguar  but not open windows to register, in conclusion DONT WORK !!!!

If you have not looked at the following it may give you some added help with your problem.

Since we are end users like yourself and not Official X10 Employees. We can only give you information on how we got things working. You may still have to call X10 Customer Support directly if we don't have an answer for you.

The biggest reason for this is someone at X10 failed to enter your information into thier server.
This happen to me both for Vanguard and a AHP plug-in! ::) :'
follow dave w's advice
I would call X10.  :'

tap, tap, tap, is this thing working?
Ask them to check the server data base for your registration #.
A simple e-mail to support fixed the issue for me!

Don't open the browser. Double click the rundll32 link that You made in your video. The browser will open automatically and You will be able to register your software.

I have a similar problem but I do have a register code but I do not have a link to vanguard webpage to register it. Any know the link to vanguard register page?

Never mind. I read another thread and created the shortcut then I could register it. But still did not have the Access ID to connect to the server. Do you know where I can get that access ID?
