IR10A is the original Icon remote. No RF capabilities.
IR32A is the new Icon RF Remote. Can send X10 RF signals [310MHz.]to transceivers to control X10 modules and also can send RF [418MHz.]commands to a the Powermid receiver to extend IR.
I am not familiar with the IR27A. Other than it also has dual RF frequencies in it. One is the X10 310MHz. for module control the other 433.92MHz. I am not sure of what it sends to.
A search of the FCC web site did show an IR extender transmitter using 433.92 MHz. Not sure where X10 is using this.

Brian, thanks for the info.
433.92 MHz is used by PLC & X10 modules manufactured by "Super Smart Electronics" in China.

All my home automation is done with their products. And lots of them, so I dont intend to replace them...
I was using a Marmitek EasyControl 8 (
http://www.marmitek.com/en/catalogus/product.php?subgroep=2&product=295
), which is dying now, so I am looking for a replacement. The iconRemote looks like a very nice option. But seams like i need the IR27 model. I will need to figure out how to order that specific model - the website is not the most user friendly...
I just found another option. Seams like Marmitek Easy Icon 10RF (
http://www.marmitek.com/en/catalogus/product.php?product=476
) , is similar with iconRemote and works on 433.92MHz... I just canceled my order from X10... let's hope they will refund...

Glad you found a comparable remote for your location and that X10 will cancel the order.

I hope they will cancel the order.
From what I read on the forums, they are not the most responsive/friendly customer service you can find...
I'll update here the status...
[Update]
My order has been canceled and refunded without questions.
Now I'm wating for the Marmitek (which is basically the iconRemote under a different branded and with Euro RF frequency (433.92 MHz)
