All of the sudden, both my security remotes stopped working.  The 4 light control buttons still function properly, but the arm home/away functions don't work.  It happened to the first remote a couple nights ago.  The 2nd one this morning.  I have gone through the re-install procedures multiple times with no luck.  Changed to new batteries as well.

I noticed that during the install procedure, once I've registered the remote and  gotten the confirmation beep, when I slide the switch back to run 1 or 2, the record/busy light stays lit for around 10 seconds before going out.  Not sure if this is standard or is being cause by an error.

As of now, I cannot use the sytem in the arm home mode.  My keychain remotes  still work properly

Solved this issue by powering down the entire system and re-installing.

Make sure you keep an eye on it and when you did the reinstall did you generate new security codes for everything, strange things can happen if you don't.
