Interesting one....

Have a camera at the front door.  Motion sensor just below it.
Pretty simple - someone walks up, macro runs, it snaps a few stills, then emails them to me.

If I look at them in/with AHP, they're fine (ok, as good as these things get!).
Images are about 95Kb.
The ones that get emailed to me are 6Kb, and just a solid black rectangle!

Using AHP 3.271 (VA12a doesn't work when I back peddle to the previous version).
