Is there Anyway To Add Icons??
« on: November 18, 2010, 09:58:20 PM »

Hi setting up my favorites was pretty straight forward but I noticed my Outdoor Channel is not listed that's what I was afraid of with no USB port I was concerned about the possible longevity of this remote like if new channels were offered, so if an icon is missing I'm just assuming you're out of luck or is there some path to add additional ones in the future. Thanks

Tom j.

Sadly, no.

I even tried to talk them into using a micro SD card at one point.   B:(

In the real world, the only constant is change.

When I'm online you can find me in the Home Automation Chat Room!

Even the unused USB Port pads filled with a jack. So you could do internal things would be nice.

Their goal was very low cost.   Adding anything like a USB port would involve per-unit licencing fees.   :'(
