Update a program and charge users to get the update?  ???
Hey Microsoft does it with Windows right! rofl

I guess once AHP is into version 4.000 then we can all look at forking out more! :'(
X10 will call it ActiveHome Ultimate! rofl

If you decide to go with a free OS like Linux and free home automation software like Heyu, they both now work with Melloware's mobile apps  ;)

Tuicemen -
I noticed the same thing...  I started to rant about a month back, but -someone- deleted a couple of my posts, so I stopped visiting the board...

My gripe:  (I took some liberties with the quotes)

"View your cameras from anywhere in the world" - claim of VICC a few years back
"View your cameras anywhere you go in the world" - claim of the NEW Iwatch Mobile Pro app

"Get an email image instantly when motion is detected" - claim of XRay vision, AHP, etc. for years
"Get an email image the moment motion is detected" - claim of new HotBody Alert mobile app

It would seem that you are correct.  They made AHP work with mobile phones, and are charging us to use it.  The good news is that they seem to be really paying attention to the bug fixes and listening to the users, almost like they are paying to beta-test the new apps...  My favorite is the guy who got the $9.99 app free, after he agreed to host the troubleshooting forum for them...

Like iphone app that does it all.  without have to open your web page just to use it.

Let say

1 screen does activehome like X10 commander
1 screen does the on alert
1 screen does Iwatch

 so on so on

I can't get it to work.

I've got a Bell 2wire modem, and have already phoned Bell "support", and they apparently do not offer any support for this modem (surprise surprise) with respect to port forwarding.

At least I think I know it's a port forwarding issue  ::)

Actually, MyHouse Online shouldn't require any port forwarding.  It uses the older reflector technology (as opposed to the new mobile application reflector) so both the client and server machine initiate outgoing connections to the X10 reflector server.

Huh? So how come I can only view AHP from within my own network, but not remotely from a computer outside my home network?

What web browser, URL, and version of windows are you using?  Both at home and from outside your home network.
