Usually microphone is too close to the speaker. Where is camera relative to the computer speaker?

The camera was 2 rooms away from the computer when I tried to test the audio microphone part of the camera.  Click audio and that works fine until I try to speak.  It will let me say one word or sentence then the feedback noise starts and I have to get out of the audio/microphone to make the noise stop.

it starts the feedback before I can mute it.  It starts immediately after I speak even if I immediately mute it after my "Hello".  I will try it from outside the home this weekend and see if that's it.
