alarms

have several ip camera setup and they finally work mostly. however when one trips a alarm i get 5 or six pictures none showing what triped this happens 99 % of the time
basically making the system useless. any ideas what i got set wrong. would really appreciate some help

Are you getting false alarms (the camera is being triggered for no reason)? If so, you have the sensitivity set too high. Try lowering it.

Or

Are you intentionally tripping the alarm without getting good pictures? If you are only in the camera's field of view for a short period, this may happen. If this is is the case, try repositioning the camera. It can also be caused by and incorrect sensitivity adjustment.
