just added new motorola router sbg6580 and im not seeing an address in the ipcamera tool....what needs to be done to connnect.....rebooted both cameras opened up port forwarding...all worked till new router was installed....thanks in advance for any help....

Depending on how you set up your camera and network, your camera is most likely no longer on the same subnet as your PC and / or router. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 30 seconds until it resets, then set the camera up again from the beginning.
