  I have 10 of these cameras and was promised a firmware fix by x10 tech support 3 weeks ago to fix the constant dropping,settings lost, and focus problems that almost every user of these new cameras are having. After reading the posts here I feel like I'm  but surely a company does not want to continue to antagonize their customers. Even large companies like x10 need return business as well as referrals to continue profitability. If by some miracle a caring x10 moderator reads this post, please urge your tech. department to solve these issues quickly and prevent the loss of many current customers as well as the deluge of bad pr that this treatment will generate on all the social media sites as well as review sites.

Yes you are  by asking for X10 help through the forum. The moderators are all forum users/volunteers, they are NOT x10 employees and (AFAIK) do not have direct contact to X10 management. "X10 Repair Depot" is the only X10 employee who responds to forum comments. You might try addressing the comment to him in case he has missed reading it.
