I was woundering if there will be a new rom for the airpad (the first one)and when?

The current ROM for that is 004.
I don't expect another until they have a version of ICS ready for us.
I'm told they are working on this but was not given a time frame.
X10 Repair Depot may have a time frame for that but current AirPads are getting priority !

I hope they finish working on it soon as i need to reinstall the rom do u know where i can download the 004 rom from? And if its rooted or not

Rom 004 is rooted however it doesn't have market (Google Play).

You most likely will need google play installed.
There are instructions for installing play/market on my site.
