I talked to one of the online help representative's to find out why I was getting the Message that windows needed to close because the window's host process rundll.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. When I try and open Vanguard. I've tried deleting everything and redownloading it. Didn't help. This is for windows vista O.S. I know there's a fix for it. I hve actually seen it before but it's been along time and am not sure where I seen it. It seemed like it was it some directions in the software. Can someone pleae help me out. I'm just trying to use one camera. The Vanguard XC21A. It was just working recently. So not sure why im having this problem.
