XC36A having issue with motion and setting scheduler

Hello,

I just received my XC36A Airsight camera a few days ago and I set it up to send me a email on motion and it works a couple times and then stops working. I have been using the IPCamClient to configure the camera and I don't think its working correctly. I also noticed a couple of areas to setup the scheduler in this aplication.

Also my XC36A is running Device Firmware Version 17.37.2.41 and Device Embedded Web UI Version 20.8.1.99

This has been driving me crazy because all I want to do is setup a schedule throughout the week and have any motion in front of the camera email me and it not working smoothly  :-[

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Now guess camera can not send email as your schdule set when alarm tiggered, so if you need camera to send email when alarm tiggered, don't set schdule.

I use my camera and try some testings;

Pls go to "System--Date& time Settings"
Choose the correct time zone in " Device Closk Timezone"
Enable " Sync with NTP Server"
Choose the correct " Ntp Server"
Enable " Sync with PC Time"

Note: if Timezone is not correct, camera will not send email even alarm tiggered.
