Cannot record with airsight xx34

I cannot get my xx34 cameras to record.  I hit the record button on the airsight client software, it turns red, but clicking it again does nothing, it stays red.  Clicking stop just turns the video feed off, have to click play to turn it back on.  I also cannot change the recording path to anything else from the default path.  Record button eventually isn't red anymore, but it hasn't saved anything, or given an option to.  I can take snapshots.  I'm using IE9 and Windows 7 Pro 32-bit.

I found the answer in a manual to a competitor's camera.  Needed to add the IP address of the cameras to the trusted list in IE9 security settings.  Records fine now.
