Help Dusk/Dawn option?

Wondering if anyone has trouble with the dusk/dawn triggering? I set it up a few times and when it gets to the grayed out time. doesnt turn my lights on. i updated interface option. when i set a time it works fine. using AHP with CM11A interface. thanks
