Hi,
When I try to reach my Airsight camera through 3g using my iPhone, I dial my camera address and I get the IPCamClient window where I enter my password and I click on the mobile button. Unfortunately, nothing happens. Do I have to install a software or a plug-in on my iPhone to get the image captured by the camera?

Thank you

Using your cell phone network you need to use your cameras DDNS ip address..

it maybe airsight.net or xipcam.com

If you like to test your phone using my camera
http://e7489.xipcam.com
user x10
password x10

NOTE: You mention in your post IPcamclient? that would be the desktop version or is that a app for the iphone?
did you open a browser on your iphone?

Thanks for your help. I tried your camera and it worked. But how would I handle that if I had more than one camera? How doyou set up your username and password?

Thanks again

I don't have a iphone but if your using a browser ( not the ipcamera client ), you need to use that DDNS ipaddress that should be on a sticker on your camera.

It should be airsight.net with some letter/numbers before the name airsight.

The user/name password.. If its the first time, the user name should be admin with no password.

Your orginal post says nothing happens..
Have you access your camera using a computer first?
