What replaces a CP290?
«

I have a CP290 that appears to have forgotten how to talk to the PC that programs it. I need a device that I can program with a laptop that will automate a schedule of ons and offs for X10 modules. What has replaced this deprecated device?
Thanks

I've repaired a couple of CP290s that had stopped working. The large electrolytic capacitors had dried out. If you like you CP290, you may be able to keep your CP290 by replacing them.
