PSA: if you have experienced issues across multiple devices, architectures, and OS, please send your info to support. My situation is considered somewhat "unique" by support, but postings from Tucson and other members suggests otherwise. The developer needs to see all the configurations that are failing.

I sent them a list of my devices, along with OS and version info, along with what works and doesnít work, for each device.  The list was sent to the developer.

Also, if you use android, and the app crashes, you can send the crash log to support.

I contacted support regarding a number of issues,  all of which have been discussed here.  Based on the response, support personnel do not appear to participate in this forum. Iím hope Iím wrong.
