Wifi Server Down?

Haven't been able to connect for a few days now....is the server down again?  This is the only place I know to get any information!

Ive not had issues with the server however if there is a issue it soyld be posted to of this page in red https://www.x10.com/x10customersupport.html
If you have a dual band router make sure doesn't  auto switch to 5 gig

If you have a dual band router make sure doesn't  auto switch to 5 gig 

That is exactly what happened.   Found out today that it switched to 5G.....and switched it back.  Thanks for your info.

That is exactly what happened.   Found out today that it switched to 5G.....and switched it back.  Thanks for your info.

To keep that from happening again set up your router with a different SSID for 5G.  For example, if your SSID is 'MYHOUSE' for 2.4G then make the SSID 'MYHOUSE_A'  for 5G.  That'll end the confusion permanently.  The passwords can be the same.
