Observer: I didn't promise to restore
anything specific. We restored everything we
were able to restore, and I didn't realize we
were missing any data, other than what we
already lost in March.

As I'm sure everyone here has noticed, these
forums ARE open. We haven't removed any
promotion of Smarthome products, or any
criticism of ActiveHome Pro or X10 in general.

X10 Pro:

I was addressing threads in April not just
March, and their apparent convenient
selectivity.

You can do with your forums as you wish, but
don't insult our intelligence, please.

I've noticed this thread being read by many guests!
The forum has changed greatly since this thread was started:
  • many x10 staff have moved on to other things
  • the board now has a search feature and a completely new program is used for it!
  • there are now volunteers helping out trying to keep things in line and maintain some order
  • there are now posted simple rules to follow Topic: General Forum Etiquette -- PLEASE READ
  • You must now be a member to post

Most of what MichelC (the old x10Pro) started has been maintained here
Why would he keep coming back after leaving x10 if he didn't enjoy helping others?
After all that's the main reason for this board:
Help others get their systems up and running with good reliability!
You can still post about other homeautomation products even competetors!
You can still bash X10 products here without fear of them being deleted (why bother though? It helps no one )The post may be moved but not deleted!

If you notice a thread\post deleted the reason is:
  • The original poster has the ability to delete their stuff!(I don't like this as it makes a confused thread)
  • A CO (volunteer) has removed it because of Content infractions(x rated material or spam), if it is a single post a edit message will appear stating why the post was removed (usualy it's member name calling)
  • A server melt down\crash (hope we don't see this again)
  • ::)
