Sold house -need to give software to new owner

I sold my home and will be leaving the
Active Home Pro. How do I get him a copy of
the software for his laptop so he can
control the program?

My advice would be to call technical
support.  There is an online form to change
the e-mail address (not the name) the
software is registered to, but it doesn't
seem to work properly.

Just give him the files that you downloaded
and the e-mails with the activation codes.
