Reinstall after crash/lost activation code

I had purchased active home pro, smart macros and iwitness some time ago (downloaded the software). had a computer crash and need to reinstall. I lost the download files and email with the activation code in the crash. Any way I can download and reactivate?or am I forced to buy it over.

The  very example of the Importance of Backups even a printed copy of the original e-mail receipt would make it much easier!

state your problem the e-mail account you used originally and your new one if different!
Provide them with any info you can If your lucky and get a helpful rep  ::) they can fix you up!
As well sent of an e-mail to providing the same info!
