Can't Connect to

Can't connect to my X10 ActiveHome Pro USB PC
Interface (CM15A). I have the correct
software that came with the module, & I
updated to ver. 3.187. I've been able to
connect once, now I want to make changes and
I cannot connect. HELP! sjralph@comcast.net

Take the batteries out and try it.
As soon as I removed the batteries it
connected right away.  You should be able
to put them back in after that.

Thanks for that tip. I just got the CM15A a
couple of days ago and it stopped connecting
last night.  Removing the batteries got it to
reconnect to the PC. Now is this an ongoing
problem with this unit? What could the cause
be?  Low batteries?

The CM15a it’s not a stable products, the
removal of the battery, clock problem ,
etc… , is a common occurrence to many user.
They are many post on these forums
reporting these issues, it’s a case of
releasing a product before it’s completed
and fully tested.
